訓練班內容 Training Details:

 

- 適合任何程度的參加者
- 行山相關肌肉訓練
- 核心肌肉訓練
- 預防受傷訓練
注意 :
1. 本次是約行活動,請注意個人安全,組織者並無任何責任,建議參加者自行購買保險。
2. 建議穿著越野跑或行山裝備
3. 建議帶1.5L飲用水

1. Please note that it’s not a race but just a group activity. Join us at your own risk. Participants will not be liable for any claims as a result of any injuries or damages arising.
2. Please wear appropriate trail running or hiking gear.
