  • 報名日期: 2021年7月15日晚上7時 至 2021年8月2日晚上11時59分 (額滿即止)

  • 限<逆之女虛擬越野跑>的參加者參與,請於報名<逆之女虛擬越野跑>時同時遞交申請

  • 為加强訓練效果,參加者只可報名參加與虛擬跑相同距離的課程。

  • Registration period: 7:00pm, 15 Jul 2021 to 11:59pm, 15 Aug 2021. (Limited quota)

  • Only joiners of <Rebel Queen Virtual Trail Run> are entitled to join this training.  Please register for the training together with the virtual trail run.

  • To enhance the training effect, registrant can only choose the training with the same distance chosen for the virtual trail run.

課程簡介 Introduction

  • 課程費用:港幣 500 元 (共9節課堂)

  • ​課程日期:2021年8月至9月 (請參閱「訓練班詳情及時間表」)

  • 課程特色 

       -  基本體能訓練、改善跑姿、越野跑訓練、上落山技巧、上落樓梯技巧、爬坡訓練、手杖應用、營養補給管理、行山裝備介紹。

  • 課堂簡介
    - 課堂以廣東話授課

       - 6節跑步及體能訓練,每節約1.5小時,其中一節會有專業物理治療師隨堂教導。
       - 2節越野跑訓練,每節約4小時,於港島徑實地學習越野跑技巧。
       - 1節<山系女生の營養補給X裝備講座>,約2小時

  • 禮物
    - 凡成功報名參加訓練班,可免費獲得 Natural Chiffon 少甜、無色素、無香精的4件裝 cupcake,每套總值 HK$80 ,數量有限,先報先得,送完即止!

       - 預計領取日期為8月中/尾;領取地點為 Natural Chiffon 分店 (旺角/銅鑼灣/荃灣)

       - 一套4件的口味按時令款式安排。凡成功報名人士,會於8月初/中旬收到領取 cupcake 電郵

       - 參加者另可一個逆の女口罩盒及三個口罩 

  • Training Fee: HK$ 500 (9 lessons included)

  • Training period: August to September 2021 (Please refer to "Training class details & time table")

  • Training content:

       - Fitness, running posture, trail running skill, stairway climbing skill, slope running skill, use of poles, nutrition management, hiking gear introduction.

  • Sessions:

       - The class will be presented in Cantonese.

       - 6 sessions of running and fitness, about 1.5 hours per session.  A physiotherapist will attend one of these sessions.​

       - 2 sessions of trail running, about 4 hours per session at Hong Kong Trail.

       - 1 session of "Mountain Girls' nutrition & gears" talk, about 2 hours per session.

  • Gift:

- Training participants will have free Natural Chiffon cupcakes (4 pcs) which are less sweet, no artificial colours / flavours, value HK$80.  Limited offer, first-come-first-served  

- Collection period will be tentatively in mid / late Aug, at Natural Chiffon shops (Mongkok / Causeway Bay / Tsuen Wan 

- Flavours of cupcakes will be on seasonal selection. Participants will receive another email for cupcake collection in early / mid Aug

- Participants will also have a Rebel Queen mask case and 3 masks
