Having practiced yoga for more than 15 years, Saisai has followed many teachers from different places. She is passionate in mindful yin yoga and niguma yoga. Believing in applying yoga philosophy to everyday life, she also believes that bodily dis-eases are originated from the mind. Saisai’s work, including yoga, tuning fork therapy, magnified healing etc., focuses on helping students to find back their own true value and live a meaningful life. Loves the nature. Participated in trail and road races in HK and overseas.
工作坊內容 Workshop Details:
We will begin the class with vinyasa flow. Integrating asana movements into breaths, body will be opened and warmed up gradually to build strength and also flexibility. Latter part of the class will enter into yin yoga practice. We will stay in each asana for 3-5 minutes to stretch the deep connective tissues, releasing any unnecessary tension through mindful practice. You will feel calm and balanced after the class.
Don’t eat too full 1-2 hours prior to class. Please arrive 10 min earlier and relax yourself. You may bring a small towel for covering the eyes when lying down.
